Generally when the catch decision goes to 3rd umpire, the call mostly is not out. If Flower can visit the match ref and insist decision be reversed and English batsmen be recalled after being given out, the least our batsmen can do is stick around and make sure they have been given out by the umpire or 3rd umpire.

It is a disturbing trend in world cricket in general where match referees are being visited by coaches - I have said it in the past and say it again. I don't like it - just bumped up a previous discussion on the same.

Don't see much problem with that catch. It was completed cleanly and ball was in full control. Fielder dropped ball only when he started celebrating. No problem with that.
