maniac Posted December 18, 2012 Posted December 18, 2012 Since there has been a lot of number crunching done these days on ICF...I did some analysis of my own. I took the 2 best bowling teams of the last 15 or so years which is South Africa and Australia I also took won matches into account as a true matchwinner and a legend is judged on his averages in won matches I looked at his 50 conversion rate and 100 conversion rate in these games and it's amazing...everytime he failed to score a 50,he scored a 100 maintaining an overall strikerate of more than run a ball Avergae is almost bradmanesque Surprisingly he is able to maintain these beastly stats in Away games as well especially in tough conditions like England and Westindies. Also what's awesome is that in Worldcups he averages 87.00 in won games against the best bowling lineups in the last 15 years. Ashraful HS -100 Ave-93.50 SR - 101.63 100-1 50 -1 http://stats.espncricinfo.com/ci/engine/player/55988.html?class=2;opposition=2;opposition=3;result=1;template=results;type=batting All hail Ashraful :hail: I think this should end the matchwinner and minnow-basher debates that keep going on here all the time
maniac Posted December 18, 2012 Author Posted December 18, 2012 Hope posters like Pension plan, etc will be proud of my analysis
