maniac Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Couldn't find a transcript anywhere but was listening to NPR radio yesterday about the impact of internet Trolls on the society. Now before we make this subject into a joke...I am not talking about Trolls on ICF because that's how I approached listening to the debate initially, but as most of us have heard on the news lately, the online personas have become part of life for most teens and we have heard about Cyber Bullying and how they have led to suicides, emotional breakdowns etc. I mean one hand taking Trolls too seriously or feeding Trolls as we call it and in turn make this issue big and as a result reduce the concept of online annonimity might give rise to Vigilantes and lot of revenge seekers out there But on the other hand Trolling is increasingly getting to be a nuisance online for most people due to which this new concept of Cyber Bullying has come into place. There were some good points in the debate and with digital personality becoming ever increasingly important what are your thoughts? http://trollwatch.newsvine.com/ Found this website they mentioned but didn't see anything relevant to the debate
