But , I strongly feel that aggressive behavior exhibited by most Indian players which includes the likes of karthik and Yuvi are reciprocative in nature which is perfectly fine with me. Heck , I still remember Yuvi shoulder arming Umar Gul in the last tour . The same is not the case with idiots like Afridi , Nel , Gul and yes our own Sreesanth. This guy acts like a jerk and his behavior should not be condoned in my humble opinion.

I've already answered that. Besides the subjective lip and body langauge reading, we wont get anywhere on that. Heck, you can't even acknowledge objective criteria like runs. The only tangible and measurable quality there was how Dravid turned the series around on its head, something you find irrelevant because it does not involve playing kabaddi. So what's left to discuss there?

The issue is fans like you doing what SRT should be doing - fighting his own battles. Dont get frustrated at me simply because SRT and Dravid come across as second best when it comes to aggression.

Because those are two different things. I am a great Kapil fan, in my opinion the greatest Indian player ever. But that doesnt mean I will say Kapil Dev was the greatest Indian captain. That would be stupid. In the similar manner SRT and Dravid may be the greatest Indian batsmen but did they leave me with a feeling of taking the battle to the other team when cornered with bad behaviour. Hell NO. I am not sure why you find that so hard to understand.

I think Dhondu, Shwetabh and Gambo to some extend have worded it right... .I dont like outright sledging the ausies style. Little stair, word or two is good...This game was made for gentlemen. Now its been played and watch by even hooligans...This aggression really suits in this chaddi cricket...The reason being the time, stamina. You dont need the fire power for more than 5-10 overs... Which even a guy in chaddi can carry out. Gentleman, dressed in a WHITE trouser, has to carry it for days together... Yes someone correctly said, we have selected right tteam for this version of game. These aggressive bunch will look like puppies in the Test match.... That aggression is worth pennies in the test matches... Dravid can litterally grind you for sesions until you are left with skelleton. Dont take this discussion on Dravid and SRT... talk about chaddi players...

I knew the same old issue would come up. I'll take a SRT or RD's behavior and performance any day over the OTT aggression by SS or anyone else. For starters it gets quite boring after 2 times at most and then you need to have the ability to back that up. And before the stats masters start playing with numbers without much context, there is a reason why most bowlers don't sledge players like SRT or RD and the ones who did have already learned the hard way why not to, that includes our own SS as well. As I said before, I prefer to watch the ball and bat do the talking in stead of all this drama. I called Nel and idiot and SS is quite close to him in that regard too. BTW, one win over OZs in 20/20 suddenly doesn't make these kids better than SRT or RD, even the zimboks beat them in this glorified format not very long ago.
