OK some tips- 1- If possible, remove yourself from the situation that makes you nervous. Go take a cr@p :finger: 2- Switch the TV/ PC off! 3- Watch without sound and play classical/meditation music :hysterical: 4- Calm yourself down by taking slow, deep breaths. By breathing slowly and deeply, you naturally calm yourself down. While you're breathing, you might also repeat a calming word or phrase like "relax" or "Gai ka dood." :two_thumbs_up: 5- Count backwards from 100. Taking deep breaths and counting backwards helps you calm down by distracting your attention from what's making you nervous. 6- Imagine yourself in a peaceful place. For example, I like to imagine that I am the hero on the set of a porn movie :haha: 7- Engage in other vigorous physical activities. For example, tear up an old phone book, newspaper, or pad of scratch paper. Or squeeze and pull as hard as you like on a hard-rubber or sand-filled stress ball. Or you can pound the proverbial pillow or knead play dough to your heart's content. Masturbation might help as well :finger: 8- Write your angry feelings on paper. Don't worry whether your writing makes sense. Just do it-and notice how calm you feel afterwards. 9- Exercise your angry feelings out. Jog on the spot (for healthy people only or you might die) :hysterical: 10- Hang on ICF forum and vent :two_thumbs_up:
