What a nerve-cracking game!! EVen though I have watched cricket games aplenty, right from 1983, this was as good a game as I have everrrr and I mean ever seen, or actually not seen. Since this morning whenevr I would go to restroom, take a shower, have my breakfast a Pakistani wicket fell..And as any true fan my superstition took over as well..didnt watch a single over..but followed every one of them hahahaha We are the WC.:yay:

We owned Pakistan twice, the shame must be unbearable for them, as I was ashamed just thinking we'd lose to them once. I was so tense, I walked out of watching the last 14 balls, and trembled in my car the whole way home, before tentatively logging into Cricinfo... I didn't think this would be that big a deal, but there's fireworks going off everywhere in my area, flags hanging out of windows, and my phone is going to explode!...

We beat Pakistan..twice We beat the World Champs Australia. We beat tournament favorites South Africa. The ONLY country that deserved to lift this 20/20 cup has done so. WE ARE THE BEST
