I am surprised your doctor even suggested homoeopathy. Most doctors don't like it. And if your point is homeopathy is all placebo, I already showed you some evidence. There is more out there, you can look it up.
No my doctor didnt suggest homeopathy he sent me to a podiatrist. We tried homeopathy for my wife's skin condition and it didnt help. In my experience it has never worked. I often hear people in India say that kids should be given homeopathy to treat asthma and this is what I see 1. Since its triggered by something and attacks dont happen everyday, people get a feeling that their kids are being cured. 2. Childhood asthma mostly goes away in 8-10 years or at least starts to improve I know at least 3 families who put their kids through homeopathic treatment but when they got the attacks, they would take them to the nearest hospital and put them on asthalin as homeopathy cant do shyt at least in short term or for immediate relief.

Well, it didn't work in your cases. As I said, it's far from more perfect and is in big need for research. It has worked well for me. But even for me, it cures somethings very easily but struggles a lot with others.

Seriously man  All these "science" principles were met with same scrutiny 400 years ago. Just because people don't get it, doesn't mean it's wrong. Sure, I mentally cured my dysentery Damn, I should do this more often.
Diarrhea is usually cured without medication. Most doctors would ask not to take any medication for the first couple of days in order to let the system clear itself, they just ask to drink plenty of fluids.

If it's an emergency, don't take your chances with homoeopathy.

I would've died in a day or two if I didn't get treatment.

The term refers to any case of infectious bloody diarrhea, a scourge that kills as many as 700,000 people worldwide every year.

Dysentery can be extremely serious, even life-threatening, if untreated. Dysentery causes severe diarrhea, which depletes the body of fluids and essential salts. If fluids are not replaced then dehydration can cause shock and even death. Dysentery can also deplete the body's supply of red blood cells, resulting in anemia and in some cases kidney failure, seizures or stroke. Children are at highest risk of serious complications
And I was a child back then.

and you knew what it is and still took a treatment that you were not sure about

Anyways, I don't force or even recommend anyone to take it. Their health is not my concern. Just know that, when allopathy "works", it only relieves your symptoms. It doesn't cure you.

And I'm still living. I was cured within hours. Allopathy treatment was 15 days. Obviously, we were only gonna give it a few hours. If I wasn't fine by evening, would've taken allopathy. Geez, stop getting your kacchis wet.

What? If it works only sometimes, it means it needs tweaking. Doesn't mean it doesn't work. WOW #logic Transplants also don't work sometimes. Maybe we should stop doing those too?

And I agree with that. But I also hope that someday there can be improvements made. I'm just against the fact that "omg it NEVER EVER EVER works". Yeah sure it doesn't work sometimes ( I would even say it only works 50-60% of the time) but it does work.

Yeah, I won't be rigid in every case. I know the limitations of homeopathy but I also know the problems with allopathy. My father has had skin problems on his hand for his entire life. He's been applying "ailments" all his life and nothing changed. He keeps on buying more and more. But we put him on homoeopathy for last 2 years, his skin problem has completely vanished. Similar thing is high blood pressure. People just keep popping those pills and they need a stronger one every few years.
I am sure he must have been suggested some significant diet and lifestyle changes.

Homoepathy is definitely more than placebo , but it rarely works for most modern diseases. It works for few people , and it is definitely more than mental aspects. My friend had a very prominent black overgrowth in his face from his child hood and he wanted to get rid of this before his marriage. Allopathic doctor suggested surgery , so he decided to try homeopathy before going ahead with surgery. For our surprise, his overgrowth vanished on its own. There is no harm trying homeopathy for superficial conditions , definitely not for lige threatening diseases.

Oh really ? So is prayer. You know how many people have been cured by the power of prayer ? The logic on which homeopathy works, if taken to its logical conclusion, will mean that if I use some water to wipe shyte off my ass, and somehow that water after being filtered, diluted billion times etc, ends up in your food, your food will have memory of my shyte. Think about that for a second. That coke you just drank, had my piss in it. Can you "feel" it at work?
