Sooda Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 This deserves a separate thread in itself aside from the 'Movies weve seen' one. There is so much good stuff coming out soon and not quite so soon in the cinemas. Lets salivate with excitement here. First up recently released trailer for X Men Days Of Future Past. Out next May. Can not express my excitement here. Not been this excited about a film since the Avengers pK2zYHWDZKo
Sooda Posted October 29, 2013 Author Posted October 29, 2013 Just read about a Wachowski bros/sisters film with Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis. Scifi film with Mila as a descendant of the 'queen of the universe' and Tatum a solider sent to kill her, Seems totally bizarre and should look amazing which is what the Wachowskis are awesome at
Zap_Brannigan Posted October 29, 2013 Posted October 29, 2013 First class was the only X men(and wolverine and F4) movie i liked. Color me disappointed with singer back in the directors seat and judging by this trailer, the movie has already lost the appeal for me. I will look for other marvel characters not handled by fox namely thor, captain america and guardian of the galaxy movies. Interstellar is my most anticipated movie. No idea what its about, but after inception, anything nolan churns out is day one for me. 12 years a slave is another good movie, i heard only good things about that.

Yes has been getting rave reviews. I was looking forward to The Counselor but that has been slated in the press. One for a DVD borrow I guess. As for DOFP: I actually thought the first two Singer X-films were good. Im not a X Geek by any means so maybe a purist would disagree. There is a huge cast of mutants in this, aside from the big names, will be interesting to see how its handled. Not seen The Wolverine yet, I want towatch it mostly for the post credits bit! I wish the had set DOFP maybe between parts 1 and 2 of the X Films just so that we could have had Cyclops and Jean Grey. Or even ignored the evens of X3 altogether. Credit to Singer for placing it all in a 'continuity' though I quite excited by Guardians Of TG also. I want to read up some of the graphic novels before its out Right about Interstellar too
