When will the Indian selectors stop making quota selections

We have seen in the past except for during More and one or two other selectors that Indian team has 2 or more players in each squad having quota players or selections made for reasons outside cricket, examples of players who were not even above club class being picked up, Iqbal Siddique, Yohanan Mithun, Aravind, Vk, Unadkat, unfit RP, Ishant, Sometimes making a squad in a way that capt has to play that quota player because of team combo. How on earth can VK find his way in the team after being pathetic , taken for 70 plus runs and bowling at 125 be picked up ahead of players twice as good as him and with better stats, Sandeep Patio has been good with batters but not so with bowlers, Pandey, Pankaj, Aaron, Umesh even Kaul is a way better option then the joker VK, and we have the Porbundar maal gaadi in the squad too
