Ian Bell as Test captain?

What do you guys think? I think captaincy has started to affect cook's batting as well and England needs a fresh change in leadership. Bell could also bat 3 because I don't see trott making comeback any time soon.

His captaincy was okay. But as someone has written in a column they follow the strategies that spoonfed to them by numerous coaches they have. Once they are forced to think beyond those strategies, they freeze. Andy Flower is talking about reducing the number of coaches now as spoon feeding won't work all the time. Probably COok also was using the strategy that was spoonfed to him. Then he started chasing the ball by putting fielders wherever the ball went.
