King Tendulkar Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 To me he has. Seems not interested now in anti corruption and taking to task the disgusting established parties and their thieving etc. Now seems to have one focus in being anti kejriwal. Writing letters thanking Rahul. Celebrating weak lokpal bill which does not include many of the main points he wanted when originally went on fast. To be fair he always was an uneducated man but had decent advisors. Now its clear advisors changed and their focus is to undermine kejriwal and thats it. Shame. It seems hazare has forgotten who are the real enemies of the indian people within India and more focused on his ego
bulbul Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Hazare gone down completely, don't know sold out or not.
King Tendulkar Posted December 18, 2013 Author Posted December 18, 2013 Well maybe not sold out in terms of money. But sold out definitley in terms of what trying to do. So many disgiusting things done in indai by establishemnt against its people. That was what he was fighting. Now totally changed his focus and is just anti Kejriwal. Just seems a bitter old man now. Real shame, as could have helped chsnge India. He has helped to start something but thats it now.
bulbul Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Don't know whats happened between Kejri and him , initially Kejri came to prominence because of Hazare.
Raghav_12 Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 One thing is very clear that he didn't like Kejriwal's success much. Congress and BJP are rallying around Hazare to undermine the credibility and influence of Kejriwal. Anna is not realizing that he is being used by Congress and BJP. Both parties are now really scared of Kejriwal.

Read Kiran Bedi's thoughts on Lokpal Bill in January 2012 on her website - http://kiranbedi.org/kb_content/news/file154_January_12_2012_12_25_am.pdf Check her stance now.
bulbul Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 ^ Kejri is the first person to use Anna :winky:
Sachin=GOD Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 I think he is finally being realistic and now he knows that you can't bring about very big changes (like the ones his version of the Lokpal was promising) in one go in India. Besdies, some of the things measures included in his Jan Lokpal Bill which have not been included were really OTT and would have made the Lokpal a separate power center without any checks or balances. With this version he has managed to get a lot of significant measures passed. Gradually some more Bills like Grievance redressal, whistleblower etc will also be passed IMO. With this Cong has given Kejriwal yet another chance to stay in the limelight and keep shouting and pointing fingers....
King Tendulkar Posted December 18, 2013 Author Posted December 18, 2013 Maybe he knows he is finished and has no influence now. So just wants to have something to show for his achievments that Lokpal down to me and done. Anyhow now nowhere to go. Is finished. Has made it clear he loves the main parties now and is their stooges. Sad. Thought he was doing all this for people of India. Now its clear it was all bout him and indian people worry about themselves
surajmal Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 From what I've read about Hazare, he lives the most basic of lives, devoid of any possessions: a true Gandhian in modern India. You can hate or disagree with what he is preaching but he is not one to sell out. I think he finally found out that Comrade Kejri is the biggest opportunistic **** and it is best to distance himself from that 4 eyed kaala moochard kaua.
Crookbond Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Anna Hazare says Lokpal bill will reduce 40% corruption. Now Indians will have to pay Rs.2000/- instead of Rs.5000/- for a driving license at the RTO.
urbestfriend Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Its almost like Anna is threatened by the rise of Kejri and didn't want the credit of Lokpal to go to anyone else..Otherwise I wouldn't understand last minute fasting when everybody knew that a weak lokpal draft is being circulated and now he is thanking everyone including Rahul and BJP and taking the credit for bringing Lokpal..A win - win situation for everyone concerned..But anyway a bill would do so much, I am interested in seeing what kind of institution they create..Whether this will be strng enough to tackle some corruption at the top or not...
DomainK Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 My opinion would be an unpopular one, but IMO, Anna was always an accidental brand. The people were getting frustrated with the corruption and the whole outburst needed a trigger. Anna found himself in the right place, at the right time doing the right thing. Not to take away from his intentions and honesty, but the fact stands that Anna did not organize the whole revolution the way it came out. Social media played a huge role and Anna became the center of the whole thing. Anna lacked leadership and the whole thing dispersed in no time. And since then, Anna was unable to achieve even a tiny fraction of what he achieved the first time around. What amazed me (even though I hate Congress), that Congress knew that it was going to blow over. They counted on Anna fading out soon clearing their path.
Ghost Buster Posted December 20, 2013 Posted December 20, 2013 Kejiriwal is as oppotunistic has every political leader is. He used hazare for getting political mileage and after ditched him for his own good.

Sachin=GOD Posted December 21, 2013 Posted December 21, 2013 don't know whether Anna has sold out to the Cong or not, but Kejriwal is joining hands with the Cong...
