Anyone who says other wise is in denial, stupid or a bare faced liar. So I will compare AAP to much more honest parties in west. Yes AAP wont be perfect and will have loads of inperfections. They will make plenty of mistakes but all parties in west do as well, plenty of internal disputes and people leaving annoyed as not getting what they feel are due. But they wont be massive hard core thieves like others in India, so still a vast improvement. Congress and BJP fans just wont accept their lot are thieves. The way bharti went about it was wrong. But actually there was mass criminal activity in that area, which police did zero about despite repeated complaints. Why they did nothing? Actually often the criminals get elected to these main stream parties. Or do you BJP/Congress fanatics deny this happens? Refreshing to see a law minister with heart in right place actually trying to stop crime. Of course went about it in crude manner, hopefully learns from this, most law ministers use their power to settle their personal agendas and/or extort money for their own bank balances. Sachin=GOD Posted March 11, 2014 Share Posted March 11, 2014 खुलासाः केजरीवाल के पिता ने बहन को मां बताकर हड़प ली जमीन भ्रष्टाचार मिटाने के लिए आंदोलनरत अरविंद केजरीवाल के परिवार की ईमानदारी पर उनके ही रिश्तेदारों ने सवालिया निशान लगा दिया है। अरविंद केजरीवाल के पिता पर बहादुरगढ़ निवासी इस परिवार ने गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। आरोपों के अनुसार अरविंद के पिता गोविंदराम ने रेवेन्यू रिकार्ड में अपनी बहन सीता देवी को अपने पिता की पत्नी यानी मां लिखवाकर उसकी (अपनी बहन की) कीमती जमीन हड़प ली। फिलहाल सीता का गरीब बेटा राम बिलास इस जमीन को हासिल करने के लिए अरविंद केजरीवाल के पिता के साथ कई साल से अदालत में लड़ाई लड़ रहा है। उसने और उसके बेटे ने रविवार को दिल्ली में केजरीवाल के घर के बाहर धरना भी दिया, लेकिन केजरीवाल के सुरक्षा कर्मियों ने उन्हें खदेड़ दिया। अरविंद केजरीवाल की सगी बुआ सीता देवी का परिवार बहादुरगढ़ की अनाज मंडी में रहता है। परिवार की माली हालत बेहद खस्ता है। सीता के बेटे रामबिलास खल-बिनौले और चावल आदि की छोटी दुकान चलाते हैं। इससे गुजारा नहीं चलता। अपना रोजगार चलाने के लिए उन्होंने एक सरकारी बैंक से करीब आठ लाख रुपये कर्ज लिया था, लेकिन वे चुका नहीं पाए। इसलिए बैंक उनके छोटे से मकान को नीलाम करने का नोटिस जारी कर चुका है। सीता देवी ने 28 अप्रैल 2006 को भिवानी जिले के गांव सिवानी मंडी स्थित अपनी करीब 16000 गज जमीन की पॉवर ऑफ अटार्नी अपने भाई यानी अरविंद के पिता गोविंदराम के नाम करा दी थी। लेकिन राम बिलास के अनुसार गोविंदराम ने इस अधिकार का दुरुपयोग करते हुए बहन सीतादेवी की सारी जमीन अपने नाम करा ली। बकौल रामबिलास, उन्हें पता लगा कि गोविंदराम ने रेवेन्यू रिकार्ड में अपनी बहन सीतादेवी को अपनी मां बताकर जमीन हड़प ली। यानी ये जमीन गोविंद राम की मां (असलियत में बेटी) के नाम आ गई, जिससे उसके मालिकाना अधिकार गोविंद राम के हो गए। अमर उजाला संवाददाता ने केजरीवाल से उनका पक्ष जानने के लिए उनके मोबाइल फोन पर डायल किया तो उन्होंने काट दिया। � इस मामले में जब सिवानी मंडी के तहसीलदार पृथ्वी सिंह गोदारा से बात की गई तो उन्हेंने बताया कि गोविंद राम की जमीन को लेकर विवाद चल रहा है। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि गोविंदराम उनके पास कई बार आए और उन्होंने संबंधित जमीन मां से बेटे के नाम आने के बजाय पिता से बेटे के नाम दर्ज करने की मांग की। गोविंदराम इसके लिए सिवानी के एसडीएम से भी मिले लेकिन उन्होंने (तहसीलदार गोदारा ने) इस संपत्ति को गोविंद राम की मां के बजाय पिता की पैतृक संपत्ति दर्ज करने से इंकार कर दिया। http://www.amarujala.com/feature/samachar/national/kejriwal-father-involved-in-land-grabbinb-of-his-sister/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
