Test Captain Rankings Poll

After watching the debacle at the Wanderers, I am certain that Dhoni is the worst test captain amongst the current lot.... So let's have a poll to get other opinions on how ppl rank the current group of test captains. Please consider the captaincy of such individuals in all conditions/situations. This includes things such as strategy, team selections, impact as a leader, ability to positively impact other team mates, balance of aggression/containing the opposition, etc. Not sure how to get a poll that allows a ranking of 1-10.... mods plz change it if possible to allow that ... else this could just be a top ranking captain poll

Debacle from a captaincy standpoint.... don't get me wrong, i'm proud of how the youngsters stood up and played this test against a much superior opponent on paper
