The attacks were carried out by a terrorist organization not ISI, everyone in the world including your own government knows that and has been well documented. The organization is banned in Pakistan. We share a border with Afghanistan that is mostly unmonitored due to terrain and resources, militants and refuges and from there keep coming in, we have 7 Million Afghan refuges living in Pakistan. Bin Laden simply snuck in, stayed in a house and never came out. No one knew he was there, there was no army or ISI protecting him when the Americans attacked him, which should be proof enough. Stop with the conspiracy theories already. If you really think our government and agencies are 'efficient' enough to do such things than kudos to you. Our civilians, government, agencies and military are regularly attacked by the same militants and yet according to you guys they control them !

RAW has done its fair share in instigating 'freedom fighting' separatism in Pakistan/Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and supporting terrorist activities. Both countries should stop, at least Pakistan officially has. This is in clear contadiction to your ex president who was in charge at the time. The policy has been dismantled as I already said, Musharaf simply admitted that army provided support to such groups without giving any timeline. The organizations have been systemically dismantled/banned since 2001.
