Ghost Buster Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 Ojha doesn't have arm ball? :cantstop: Before you make fun of others read this:- Ojha does not quite possess the arm-ball, but does get his deliveries to spin away or hold its line. He got a few to turn away from Robin Bist and then trapped the batsman leg-before with a ball that went through straight. http://www.thehindu.com/sport/cricket/south-has-central-on-backfoot/article5221682.ece

kaptaan Posted December 26, 2013 Posted December 26, 2013 jaddu is a better bat than ashwin vs SA(based on ODI record) v South Africa 2010-2013 7 5 1 160 47* 40.00 148 108.10 outstanding fielder I think ojha is no better than jadeja jaddu can make it to playing XI purely on bowling performances. I wouldhave loved to see India going with one more pacer (umesh) dropping ishant/rohit/rahane. The fastest indian bowler is not getting any chances in the format best suited to him....hope he gets few chances against NZ
jatinder Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 May be beacuse practice match is washout. ohja has no match practice coming in such big match in foreign conditions
carnish Posted December 27, 2013 Posted December 27, 2013 Jadeja is okay ... The pitch is not a Joburg type wicket which needs a holding job to be done. Ojha would have been more suitable for Joburg but here seeing the Brown wicket, it was the right decision to play Jadeja.
