I think the chairman will be from East zone if I am not wrong till September 2014 you won't see Dhoni being removed as skipper though honestly he should quit T20 and Test captaincy

Chitrak Mitra will not be President. The new president will be from Orissa, a gentleman who is in Srini's clique. Srini will move on to be the ICC Chairman, so nothing changes really.

Srini or his protege Ranjib Biswal(IPL chairman/Orissa CA President) wont be leading the BCCI. Out of 6 East zone members 2 are with Srini Orissa and Jharkhand(Amiitabh Choudhary,Srini made him chief of Marketing committee). Dalmiya is President of 2 CAB and NCC That leaves Assam and Tripura. So unlike this time the opposers of Srini will surely find a proposer and supporter to nominate their candidate.Sources were claiming that if Srini opposers would have found a proposer and supporter this year from South Zone then Srini could have been removed this year itself and majority of Western/Central/Northern affiliates hate him and his brazen way of functioning. The Supreme Committee may put a final nail in his coffin even before that.
