Some deserving players come way too late in the auction when teams have already spent money. An NFl draft system is what IPL needs.

That format wouldnt be fair to professionals whose salary would be capped by a draft system. I dont like the auction either. I believe that all players salary negotiations should be left with the franchises, players and their agents.
