Tapioca
But the CI match reports are merely the summary scorecard written in prose. It is not as if we are missing anything by not reading them :P Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
Rajastan need 42 in 6 overs' date=' 5 wickets in hand.[/quote'] GAH. Very, very worrying. If we lose this one, then I expect we're out of the running? :nervous: Link to comment
Tapioca
>> Very, very worrying. If we lose this one, then I expect we're out of the running? No, the group is still open. Maharashtra (14) was leading before this round, but they lost to Delhi (now 17). Mumbai was on 10 (are there any points for first innings lead, if the match is lost ?), Saurashtra (10) and Karnataka (9) may split points, TN is on 11 after a win in this round. Rajastan has only 3 and HP 4. Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
OK, so Delhi's in. But then we'd have to hope that Maharashtra get their arses kicked in the next couple of games while Mumbai roll their opposition, but the problem is that they're playing Saurashtra and Karnataka... Tapioca
Karnataka needs 37 in 7 overs, 3 wickets left. MP needs the last wicket stand to add 33 more, they have already added 15. Some bloody good matches in this round. Link to comment

Tapioca
Another classic at Mysore - Karnataka need 6 runs in the last over, 1 wicket in hand Link to comment
Mr. Wicket
Saurashtra win by 3 runs, Yere Goud left stranded. Rather silly of him to bat himself at 9 though, imo. Link to comment
Tapioca
Karnataka goes down by 3 runs. MP v Haryana is the only match left. According to the latest scores in CI (which are quite old), MP needs to play out 3.3 overs - 1 wicket in hand - to qualify for the plate semifinal. Link to comment

Chandan
What a rivetting round this has been!!!! Don't think Ranji would have witnessed so many outright results in one round itself! Especially the match between Mumbai and Rajasthan has been amazing! Karnatake was called the potential title winner in the Ranji preview and look where it is at the moment!! And I'm really really glad for Delhi too. Link to comment
Cricketics
Delhi should be given the status of Ranji 2007 championz right away Link to comment
