I am not sure if there is any Cricket at that time. However, during the last Asian Games in China 2010, India/BCCI was the only Asian Country that didnt send a team to the tournament and I clearly remember that India was not busy with any assignments at that time. so irrespective of whether Team India is busy or not , BCCI wont send a team at all , not even a B or a C team.
