Entire bcci is not guilty and they are making sure it's fair and if it's not fair third party will conduct investigation . There is always course of action first they will allow investigation how it's supposed to be done and if it's not fair they will do it in other way . You have to understand srini nigh be head of bcci but he is not bcci even if he has lots of control which is why they are making sure there is no conflict and asked him to step down for now and also many other people related to that company .

He is not even directly accusing Sachin here, just saying he might have known, being in the team. This guy has made lots of allegations about players of all countries without a shred of proof. Plus there is no way this guy will have any info from any other country. How on earth will he get to know anything about what other teams do? Pakistani players have always talked about Sachin, mostly completely thrash. If this is what you have then.... BTW, the Mumbai police did a complete probe on all angles. Players were banned based on their evidences. There is no proof that they let anything slip by

The SC is hearing the matter right now and an impartial investigation should start soon - if he is not guilt then his name will be cleared. After that we can discuss this all we like....

The court said if Justice Mudgal committee decides to undertake the task, it would be provided the assistance of able investigators. The court asked Mr. Subramaniam, who appeared for Justice Mudgal panel, to revert with the panel’s response at 2 p.m. Tuesday, when it resumes its proceedings after the lunch break. According to PTI, the Supreme Court assured to provide assistance to the committee if it agrees to conduct probe.

1.Court asked Mudal whether he can continue the probe..by 2 PM today we should know this. 2.Court will provide able investigators.

BCCI shameless.Again gets slapped by SC.i think Srini group is taking SC very lightly,thinking that SC cant do anything and they can simply play a cat-mouse game.This brazen tactics to nominate people who have a clear conflict of interest and are related to Srini or his camp show that Srini and his camp still think little of the SC orders and observations.God knows who is advising them on this but they are daring the SC to take coercive steps.
