1.Court asked Mudal whether he can continue the probe..by 2 PM today we should know this. 2.Court will provide able investigators.

Srini really thinks that he can take on the SC?It doesnt matter how many votes he has in the BCCI.It doesnt matter how he has manipulated the BCCI constitution to his advantage(The BCCI counsel laughably suggested in SC that Srini cannot be removed according to the BCCI constitution,forcing the judge the to ask if the SC was limited and bounded by BCCI constitution).The SC can do anything can pass any order it deems fit remove anyone,they have that power granted to them by the Constitution of India and there is no authority that can question the SC.

BCCI is not taking SC lightly. They have no choice! They are in a sh!thole and want to cover their tracks. They are trying hard to push as far as they can; they are screwed in either case.

They atleast should have tried to put up a credible commitee and not people who have open conflicts of interest.One of the,Mr.Raghavan even deposed before Mudgal committee and said so.How brazen is that?
