PCB is literally crying for his sentence to be reduced. Every Pak fan wants him back. You really think he won't be selected first chance he gets? Now whether he can succeed is another thing. There is a huge difference between a 17 year old prodigy and a 22 year old with a fixing past. The second one won't get as much leeway or chances as the first one

Well, i guess that UK laws are strict regarding someone convicted by their court system ? On that basis wondering if he may get visa to play in UK again. If i were a selector / captain i would not at all have a proven fixer in my squad. In this particular case, skills to me won't be a factor to over rule what he has done. Would rather take a wholistic approach in benefit of the cricketing system and team. This should be a deterrent to all other wannabe fixers. It is upto the thinking of each and every individual whether they still want to see him play or not. For me, no fixers.

I think Pakistan goes by a lot of star culture over discipline. If you are 'talented' and 'mercurial', Like Afridi, Akhtar, Asif, Aamir, you will get a million chance both by the board and the fans. Discipline doesn't count
