Most teams have too many sub-standard players. Performances against them mean very little. Jadeja having 3 triple centuries proves this.

They are just shot mentally It is not just a question of whether there is something fundamentally wrong with our batsmen. It is more an issue of not having the experience of playing many tough 5 day matches in quick succession. Our 5 or 4 day domestic matches are not high intensity or tough ones unless it is the finals/semifinals. That is why many zonal matches are needed which will be tougher. Regarding our bowlers ... they definitely lack ability. We do not have a single pacer who can bowl accurately at 135 k +. They are either innacurate or slower. Compare this with the SAF, Australian or English pacers. Our spinners cannot turn the ball consistently. So, skill is definitely missing.
