Minor over rate violation charges too much?

1st minor violation costs from 10% to 20% Match Fee. Next time the Captain is baned for 1 match.cook was fined 20(or 10) percent for being just 4 min short.. And people are baned for the same duration for BALL TAMPERING...how is that fair.

i agree on the being late thing. ball tampering needs a 5 match ban

exactly....what if its seaming conditions and there are 40-45 overs bowled by seamers. teams like Australia and England are heavly dependent on seam bowling.then there captain will be banned atleast 5 to 6 games

only a delay nof 4 min in a 10 hour game..still u get fines..Anyways the broadcasters get extra time to maybe fit in 2 or 3 more ADs..not FAIR..human are not robots to be perfect
