You are confusing the Law and the ICC playing conditions. The law states no bent arm at all. It is only playing conditions which allow the 15 degree nonsense. I think both the law and the playing conditions should be revised to simply state that a visible bend is a chuck.

Define bending ?law defines bending as 15 degree not visible or not visible. Or are you talking about mcc laws ?

The Laws and 'MCC Laws' are the same thing. The MCC (and I should know since I am on the waiting list for membership) own the Laws. The ICC then uses the Laws and inserts their own Playing conditions to amend them where they see fit. Got it?

What governs the game is law of icc even if they are based on mcc law Lot of Indian law is based on English law but amended that does not make it English law Icc changed the mcc law and game is governed by it so discussing what mcc said about this issue is moot when in in real world that law has been amended

If we talk about the Laws you have to refer to the MCC's blue book. If you refer to the Playing conditions then we refer to the ICC rules. However all I have said is that I believe both documents should be emended to make any visible bend in the arm illegal. I don't see what's wrong with that. Most bowlers manage this, and only the cheats do not.

Show me a video and give me times when one can see a bend.

I see lot of flex when he delivers..it's totally fine but when you go by visible proof it becomes subjective After all one Indian bowler got banned for having flex more than 15 degrees ..kamran Khan I think .

Law calculates from point a which is bent to point b fully straightening Some people like akthar can straighten arm beyond normal almost bend it by few degrees backward ...how would you measure that ?

Hyperextension is natural. Chucking a la ajmal is not.

Many people say yes and many no ..Same reason he has never been reported even while playing in county ...technology is best way to do it and this current strict attitude is good and will get rid of chuxkers soon
