No!! The Umpire should be empowered to call on the field as it would put a stop to it immediately. Like head high balls - 3 calls for chucking and banned from bowling. It would stop teams picking chuckers immediately.

So current system is working perfectly and you have no complains and every bowler you think is legit is not getting banned and chuckers are getting banned but ....You want to change it ? This is getting dumb now...You can see ball is full toss heck they even ask third umpire even in this case

He will be reported again and get banned simple Umpire even in current system report but after the match with help of tv footage and their reporting leads to check by technology It's much better than just banning people on whim of umpire .

Not at all. I want the Umpires to be empowered to enforce the laws and remove them during the game. Then they can be tested and if proven banned. Let's think of it another way: imagine in the 2011 WC semi final that instead of Losing Pakistan had won, with Ajmal taking 5-20, but that he was reported for chucking afterwards and banned? How would you feel? Surely it would have been better for the umpires to call him, take him out of the attack and for him then to be banned.

First of all the scenario you gave is actually what is happening now And it happened in world t20 final senanayake chucked and Sri Lanka won but that does not changes the fact they won and you see no one crying today Sri Lanka won ..in perfect world no one would have chucked to begin with and we would not have to deal with any problem . But as it is now we paid for not taking action earlier and this system currently solves it And in next world cup it will hopefully not happen to any team But just because system was flawed before does not mean we give too much power and make system wrong in other way ..

You missed my point. In both diving and biting, the player has acted against the formal rules - FIFA rules prohibit diving and physical assault. However, FIFA chose to act on one and overlook another.

Also yellow cards are given for diving recently one United player got it so it's up to refree

Irrespective, there should be a penalty commensurate to the offense. I'm not asking for a 4-month ban on diving but to turn a blind eye when there is diving which is against FIFA rules. FYI - FIFA has provision to give cards/bans etc, for diving even if the referee doesn't see it on the field.
