nevada Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 How do these guys migrate to the US? Do Caribbean countries have some yearly quota or something? I think Carl Hooper's entire family already migrated to NY before he became a WI cricketer. And IIRC Chanderpaul and Sarwan own homes in Florida.
