Many leaders will have their tickets cut because of JDU-RJD-Cong alliance so they will be looking to join BJP....and BJP not doesn't care about criminal records etc so all of them will be taken in.

After dismissing two ministers from his rival camp, Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Saturday called a meeting of his cabinet later in the afternoon amid reports that he might recommend dissolution of the state Assembly. The meeting of the state cabinet has been called at 2 p.m. today, party sources said.

Manjhi played his last card

Playing his last card before resigning, Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi recommended the dissolution of state assembly in the Cabinet meeting that took place on Saturday. Two thirds of the ministers opposed Manjhi's proposal

so looks like nitish kumar is back. He will simply re appoint those people who the governor has axed.
It's not that easy. CM has recommended dissolution of assembly. The CM had the confidence of the house. Since Nitish wanted to make a comeback, his people didn't moved any no confidence motion to the Guv.
