So much promise, apart from being the son and having influence of one of the legends of Indian ricket - where did he go ? Was it a case of overhyped and undercooked or did India find better players than Rohan ?

Not good enough for Mumbai's team, so he switched to Bengal and began scoring cheap runs in the weak East Zone in an attempt to get himself a look in. I still don't understand why he was selected ahead of Dinesh Mongia for the '04 Champions Trophy. Scandalous.
