Havent been to Colombo but Delhi, Mumbai have fared better than Colombo in Global City Rankings ( though all South Asian cities were ranked near the bottom. I checked the rankings for 2 diff. yrs and colombo was ranked below indian cities each time)

This thread is about cities...not sure how we can compare a small town like Colombo with megacities like Mumbai ( Mumbai population should be more than entire Sri Lanka maybe )...India should have 200+ towns bigger than the village Colombo... Colombo can be compared to Rajahmundry maybe :two_thumbs_up:
