AmreekanDesi
So watched a bit of the warmup matches to test it out yesterday Pak-Eng Starsports and ExpressVPN. My thoughts: Certainly no ESPN3. But stream was smooth and buffering was minimal. Not HD but decent quality overall with some blurriness from time to time. Will be okay watching on a laptop but the quality will show if you hook it onto a big TV. Hopefully the fact tha tWC matches will have more viewers doesn't have a big impact. But I think for total of $8 ($2 Star and $6 VPN) this is a good deal and def better than the illegal streams out there But im so pissed at ESPN3. Their HD uninterrupted streams have spoilt us. Old guy
It is hd based on your connection speed . Maybe not as good as espn I cannot comment as I have not used but on my8 mb connection is better than quality I get from dth many times Link to comment

uakz
Guys, I tried my beset to capture the best quality possible, but this is what I am getting. - There are no lags - No bitrate fluctuations at all - VPN never went more than 6mbps (as sown on the video) - As long as your internet connection is atleast 8mb, you are good - is quality better than or equal to ESPN3? Not really, but as AmreekanDesi said, $8 is better than $100 - VPN: Vyprvpn - Browser: Chrome - iPhone/iPad compatible? NO - MacBook Airplay (mirroring) ? YES 5GLxeUtHfHI Link to comment
Crookbond
^ That is pretty good quality, IMO. Link to comment

Great quality. I have tried 3 VPNs so far. Private Internet Access, ExpressVPN and Hide.me. PIA is useless for European servers. I get maximum 2 Mbps which is no good. So I already cancelled it and asked for a refund (7 day refund). ExpressVPN was good for a while (the pictures I posted earlier were using that one) but it started to drop in quality when I tested it after a few hours. It has 30 days money back guarantee, so I will cancel it at some point. Hide.me is definitely the best I tried if you need an European IP. They have a lot of resources in Netherlands and I was getting 8-10 Mbps consistently. One can try it for a day without giving them your card details. It is a little expensive if you want to get it for just a month ($20) but I think it is worth it if the speed remains consistently good. I see VyprVPN also gives you three days trial. Maybe I will get it before the Ind-Pak match. If it is good enough I will keep it as it is much cheaper otherwise I will get Hide.me. Link to comment

PBN
Btw guys, you're not restricted to just India servers when viewing starsports via VPN after signup in India. Also, if your service offers both UDP/TCP, switch to see which one offers better connection. VPN seemed useless unless the switch was made btw udp/tcp. Hopefully, this is helpful. Ping me if you require more info. as per starsports, WC2015 available in Afghanistan, Albania, American Samoa, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, East Timor, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guam, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kazakstan, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Federated States of, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands, New Caledonia, Niue, North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Norway, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Pitcairn, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Samoa, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Thailand, Tokelau, Tonga, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Vatican City State, Viet Nam, Wallis and Futuna Link to comment
