I know cricket is not a mass game here but for huge Asian audiences, they should air a big event like World Cup of cricket in free channels (BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc.) World Cup football was live on BBC 1 and ITV 1 Wimbledon is live every year on BBC 1 Horse racing live in Channel 4. Even IPL is aired in ITV 4 each year :cantstop: But when it comes to international cricket, not sure why channels here are so reluctant to broadcast. Agree Sky has a copyright but like Doordarshan showing it in India, BBC should have shown the world cup live for all audiences. Everyone does not have SKY SPORTS :mad:
G_B_ Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 I remember the ashes 2005 it was etched in my head. Those channel 4 days were awesome. Now everything is behind a paywall. You worry about the sport in this country.

I have a 65 mbps (shared house) internet. Do you think if I buy day pass, it will have any buffering issue considering the internet speed?
