I do not understand between batting no. 3 and opening.............in either case you need good technique to face pace bowling. And if one of the openers fall cheaply you are alsmot opening, right? So what is the big deal?

i hate how all of sudden just because he is Yuvraj singh he gets this treatment. Say if Badrinath or Kaif scored a century when given a chance would india try to unsettle their line up to make them a regular starter? just because hes a posterboy he gets this preferential treatment.

True ... but he does provide us with a lot of all-round depth. If Zaheer and RP can replicate their form in England ... we will be well served.
