While Indians continue to be happy winning 10 WC matches in a row. This keeps pressure off him and the Indian team rather than taunting the Pakistanis and giving them something they must prove. It would be stupid for Dhoni to be cocky and say...."lol i dont even care about bilateral friendlies with Pakistan...why do you think I dont play in Asian cup no more?" If this really bothered him wouldnt there be a 7 match bilateral series to "set the record straight"? Tactics and mind games....its always been what has been the Achilles heel of our neighbor.

He is perhaps the first Indian captain to mention that Pakistan have "really dominated" India over the years. What next ? Is he going to remind us of the overall Win/Loss ratio in Tests (where we rank below SL and above NZ ) ? What about Dhoni's own overseas record ? Dhoni should be more sensitive to the feelings of indian fans.

Dhoni should be more sensitive to the feelings of indian fans. or may be he is just stating an obvious FACT because Pak Actually have "Really Dominated" india overall but obviously being ind fans you guys cant digest this fact and at your convenient wud always start with WC wins and end with WC wins... yeah like u guys say "what mattered the most" :D but for Dhoni other 100+ matches also mattered quite a lot and like just recently in 2013 Pak teams thrashes ind out of nowhere, that too at their home is also what mattered the most for Dhoni...

The most famous world cup game is the T20 final between India and Pak. Again Pak could not hold its nerves in the final or even the bowl out where they could not hit a single wicket! :hysterical: Its 10-0 in world cups whether Pak fans like it or not. That does not seem consistent with "dominance".

the don Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Dhoni is right Pakistan have historically been a much better better cricketing nation than Inida, not just against India but over all as well , nothing to argue here . I believe that every India , pak game is important but in the context of things this might prove to be a pretty meaningless match much like the 92 and 99 world cup games against India.
