Munaf not utilised properly

I am disappointed with the way, Kumble is handling Munaf except the move of him starting with Munaf after lunch.... I can see him slowly turn the corner by clocking occassionally 141-142kph... But he needs more goading and motivation... the captain needs to challenge him more... I think, it is all about handling when it comes to Munaf.... I feel, a captain like Imran or Ganguly or Ranatunga will get more out of him than a captain like RD, Kumble, Ponting....

If Munaf Patel cannot feel invigorated by the sheer opportunity of representing his country in a Test-11, a position for which many die for, then he can be kicked out summarily.

not everything is so black or white.... sometimes, the captain has to do something else to get the best out of some lessser men with some other skill which doesnt involve the head and reasoning....

Munaf produced his best under Dravid last year against England and WI and also his worst in SA under Dravid.

Munaf did his best when he made his debut irrespective of who the captain was, Shwets... question is how do u sustain tht intensity... tht is where u need a different kind of captain... i am not saying, a captain who cant do tht is a bad captain or vice versa.... Steeve waugh would have thrown him out of the team and moved on and he was a terrific captain in my opinion.... i am jus voicing my opinion on what kind of captain could get the best out of munaf.... i definitely see a lot in him...
