match fixing? what? kiwis are fixing matches?
not international games and certainly none of their current players, but it could explain why Australia hasnt agreed to play them lately, without being sure of course.

Bailey isn't playing' date=' captain spud Clarke is back to tear another hammy!:(([/quote'] I think "spuds" a bit disrespectful, he's one of the best captains in the world and if his bodys right we all know he can bat, brilliant fielder too.

All depends on Brendon and Kane. Brendon more so as he can take apart any attack. If Aus gets these two early, I'll say they'll have 95% chance of winning. the same cannot be said about Aus as they have got powerful batters till no 8

New Zealand favourites.. Bowl will swing . beware of southe and boult
No it won't, well it won't more than usual anyway. It isn't Wellington where the ball hoops like a boomerang. Meant to be quite calm, blue skies. Perfect day. It won't swing much.

The question will be who does better out of the 5th bowler. Both sides have 4 guns who can bowl, get wickets. Both sides have a weak 5th bowler.

Which team will have advantage because it's a shorter ground.?
Probably Australia, a few more hitters down the order if needed, especially if McCullum goes early. Million dollar question is can Starc/Cummins or MJ get McCullum early. If they do, I'd back Australia. If not, the match becomes tough as he is one bloke that can win the game off his own bat.

At least the timing is good @ 3.30 am. Should be over before India match starts

He isn't there to bludgeon the attack, he's there to settle the innings if need be, And mate, it's not an important match really, fact is it means nothing, win or lose our finals will be played in Australia.

its basically match up between 1)hitters like baz, ronchi, corey vs maxwell, marsh, warner 2)anchors/consolidators like rosco, kane, guptil vs finch, smith, clarke. its pretty neck and neck imho
