He is basically a swing bowler but an accurate one at that. The Ranji pitches these days are very green and that's why he has been big time amongst the wickets. If there is no swing then he struggles big time as seen in the famous Perth test match he played. At the maximum he can do a Bhuvi type role in tests in Eng and NZ. Other than that he will struggle on the flat pitches we have in Internationals these days.
