When is the India SA series?

Apparently after Gary Kirsten takes over full time the first series is versus SA. When is this series? Is it being played at home in India? Any link to the dates, or number of Tests/ODIs (maybe 2 Tests and 5 ODIs???)

Is that so? Wow! So many clashes, IPL, Asia Cup, India-SA... wonder which way they will go. I hope they have the SA series, so we can see some Test matches instead of just 20-20.
