Does coaches really help any cricketer to get better.I don't think Raina has been able to sort out his problem against short ball after playing with many coaches ie Kirsten,Chappell,Etc.

Raina's problem seems to be mental, it is as if he is expecting a short ball every now and then. Not much a coach can do in this case.

If a good coach is appointed now,can we be able to win tests overseas.I think most of the players in the team are too complacent.They have taken their places for granted.

Does Ganguly has the potential to become most successful coach.I think first he will demand a say in the selection.He will first bring his favourite Sehwag,Gambhir,Yuvraj,Harbhajan in the team,this may create friction in the team.

I think a good coach can have a positive influence of 5 to 7 percent on the team..will that affect the results im not sure, that depends upon the quality of players...as the margin of improvement in top intl circuit is very less than at grassroots or national level Gary Kirsten helped India to its WC title playing in India, so whether he cud have helped Pak to win?? Im not sure
