So the idea is to record the match analysis in your voice and post it on ICF.

You can do it after the match or during the match. It can be either one person or group of members doing it. 

Anyone interested in this idea?

I am expecting people to take it as a hobby. Just start with small, decent 5-10 min audio clip. Share your views, try to analyse from perspective of both sides. Doesn't need to very professional.
