JNU Clashes

I was surprised not to find a thread on this issue. This is now the biggest news in India. Let me share my views

As far as I understand from the news sites, a pro Afjal Guru rally was organized in JNU in the garb of cultural activity. There some anti Indian slogans were raised. Police arrested JNU student leader Kanhaiya Kumar in the charges of sedition. He confessed that rally was organized by someone named Omar and now police has started a manhunt to find him. 

Kanhaiya Kumar was beaten up by lawyers when he was produced in the Patiala Court. Taking law into hand by these lawyers was definitely not correct.
