Ashwin and Extras cost us against Australia

Ashwin failed against NZ in the opening match and was taken apart by the Aus as well. Says a lot about our best bowler who's beginning to crumble in crunch matches quite often these days. Ashwin and Extras have given a huge total at Mohali where we should've kept them to 140-145 but have conceded 160, which is a match-winning total on this pitch.

Ashwin was bowling with the new ball .... He would have bowled better with the old ball but never got the opportunity! 

 

Ind over used the part-timers as when the pitch slowed down, regular spinners would have done a much better job
