In that case i suggest, rules shud be bent n made easy so that player from other countries can represent these teams. what i mean is for example players like manoj tiwary, rp singh, owais shah, badrinath, vinay kumar or many other player who are gud at domestic but who are not n never wud be on national radar can play for these countries . 

May be a limit of 4 for associate nations. Coz these nationa are actualy hurt when players like morgan, dirk nannnes goes to full member nation. Their quality wud improve and cricket can only developin their countries if these teams wins. 

Munis ansari went on to play for Oman and other cricketers can do that. Icc shud make bend some rules like these cricketers can keep playing domestic from their countries only

Yes many more player in the world get chance to play,i heard Nepal will qualifying in higher Graders which I think too much but Ireland and Afghanistan deserves more than Oman or un-known Nepal.

Sachin also suggest ICC '' 50/50 for each 2nd innings of test '' But long time ago ICC denied TO accept his suggestion coz you need to changes all rules and regulation but now even ICC thinking 70/70 over for each test matches instead entire 3rd and 4th innings , test matches will be more interesting that way plus each game has results.70 overs means game not over in 3 days and ICC / others  get income from Saturday and Sunday test matches
