Chatisgarh state cricket Sangh which was a associate member of Bcci ,has been elevated to full member status paving the way for their Ranji debut in the forthcoming season.

Chatisgarh will be the 29 th team in.83 edition of Ranji Trophy & will be the tenth team in group C

Md Kaif has been appointed as captain of Chatisgarh team for 2016-17 Ranji season.

Sulakshan Kulkarni as been appointed as coach
