Does BCCI has any power in ICC

BCCI cares only about the money but not its players or its cricket.How can they accept ICC's verdict of Bucknor to umpire in Third test and also Where is the support to its players in the wake of this verdicts from Id**ot mike proctor. How can this guy be trusted with his verdict when he has clearly shown his inability t take action against Ponting who claimed a grassed catch , what is BCCI doing about it, somebody needs to explain the fans why these actions have not be taken yet.
