Pratyush is a Jharkhand batsman who also bowls spin. . He is part of Jharkhand's Vijay Hazare trophy squad  which starts on 25th. Delhi picked him last year. 

 

He is considered as a good timer and hitter of the ball. He was picked by CSK earlier and then released.

 

He had Delhi connection always as he played for Delhi u19.

Bringing Tendulkar here in the discussion is not needed. How you know he did not help youngsters? He has been part of Mumbai management for a while now after retiring. He went to talk to Haryana players at the end of his last Ranji game when Mumbai beat Haryana., a thing he did not need to do but he did just to give them some tips and important lesson. 

 

Dravid is doing great service to Indian cricket at the nder19 stage. But doesn't mean we have to slate others like Tendulkar. Laxman, Ganguly that they aren't doing anything for Indian cricket.
