Why play matches in Delhi when there is Visakhapatnam/Dharamsala?

I don’t understand why BCCI continues to play matches in dumpyards like Delhi Kotla or Mohali, when so many better alternative venues are available, better atmosphere, greener, better looking grounds and of course no bloody smog

 

even in last match in Mohali it looked so horrible on TV, and the match photos were worse, looked like Mohali was a gas chamber
