It was rigged from the beginning. all those investigations taking years and evidence covered up and disregarded multiple times with the Congress government overlooking these investigations.  When PM of India, Rajiv Gandhi, says that 'when a big tree falls, the earth shakes' justifying the anti Sikh mass violence of 1984, you know it is rotten to the core.

As for the video, it will amount to nothing as the context is likely not taken into consideration.  He's probably talking about the media when he mentioned this. I doubt Tytler will confess to the crime after 25+ years in a gathering of multiple people.

But the judges part is clearly telling that he planted judges and how he was in contact with them
