Top U19 players are not playing. Most of them are playing for the first time at this level. Yes, we have a lot of U19 players but they wont have that experience and quality.

Dude under 19 cricket is all about the talent pool and structure .

India should be way ahead of the pack . A one of loss is acceptable at this level but this is obviously a very poor side . 

Under 19 sides are picked on instincts . Second or 1st string doesnt mattet especially for a team like India.

This was an attrocious performance.

In India, U19 sides are picked based on performance in U19 domestic cricket and second string does matter because if second string was so good, they would already be in first team.

Fair enough but the numbers should count for something .

India surely should have  a much  bigger talent pool at least at the junior level.

Pakistan for example are also experimenting in every game , infact their fastest and best bowler muahammad hasnain is out injured.

Having said that results in u19 are overrated . Individual brilliance is perhaps more beneficial.

yes and that is the reason they picked new players for this tourny.  Most of the players that will be part of U19 WC side are final.  This tourny is for rest of the players to stake their claims.

This indian teams, one or two big hitters.  Mayank Rawat should have been selected. Dravid's has selected too man conservative batsmen. Spin bowlers have also been toothless.

Last heard Bongs have declared a national holiday n declared a chotta stamp to be dedicated for this win.
