talksport
Who the hell wants a collingwood. We are looking for class like sachin and laxman. We also need fighters and Kaif is a fighter Link to comment
diegovegaz
he'll definately be considered when sachin, saurav, laxman, dravid retire but, i don't think he'll have a chance the likes of subhramaniam badrinath, suresh raina, parthiv patel, will probably get a chance kaif has a very less probability, even manoj tiwary will b given a chance b4 kaif dinesh kaarthick will form the mainstay of indian batting even yuvraj will probably get back his form virat kohli will be in the waiting list who needs a mohammad kaif then?? living
Kaif could easily be Indias Collingwood... There are too many comparisons...Excellent fielders, Limited abilities, Very Gritty Players, Leadership qualities.. eggactly Link to comment
msb1991
I think that any sort of mention of Manoj Tiwary in terms of the Test game is premature. It should take more than one good season in the Ranji Trophy to break into the Indian Test team. Someone like Badrinath and to a lesser extent Raina have been doing it year in and year out for their state and even Kaif's style and past Test experience lets one know that it is possible for him to maintain an average of up to 40 in the Test game.
